Delivery Times
The delivery times indicated are average estimates. However, international deliveries may experience delays due to customs procedures, which are beyond our control or responsibility. Customers are responsible for tracking their shipped orders.
Once an item has been dispatched, SO JOLIE is not liable for any delivery delays.
For any issues with delayed deliveries, please contact the shipping carrier directly, as they can provide the most accurate and up-to-date information.
International Shipping Information
Customs clearance may result in delays during the shipping process. Please note that these delays are entirely beyond our control, and SO JOLIE cannot accept responsibility for them.
All international shipments are sent on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis, meaning duties, taxes, or other fees are not included in the purchase price. Customers are responsible for paying any applicable fees to receive their parcels. For details on potential charges, we recommend contacting your local customs office.
Canadian and Ukrainian Orders
For Canadian and Ukrainian customers, please note that deliveries to these destinations may take longer due to strict customs clearance processes. Additionally, tracking information may not update after the package is handed over to Canada Post or Ukraine Post until it is delivered. These circumstances are beyond our control.
Our domestic carrier, DHL, collaborates with other carriers for international orders.
Customs Duties and Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for:
- Paying all applicable customs duties and taxes.
- Providing accurate address information for their orders.
In cases where an incorrect address is provided, customs duties are unpaid, or an order is canceled after shipment, SO JOLIE cannot refund the full shipping cost. The shipping fee will be deducted from the total order amount, and only the remaining balance will be refunded. Refunds will only be processed once the returned package is received by SO JOLIE.
